Tasked by boutique developers to revitalize a compact footprint in Mayfair, our team led the ambitious transformation of three existing maisonettes into high-specification, luxury residences. This project was defined by significant structural expansion, including a rear extension from the basement to the third floor and the addition of two entirely new levels.

Navigating the stringent requirements of both Grosvenor and Westminster City Council, we successfully secured planning for an additional 1,500 sq. ft. of prime living space.
