A jewel in the skyline of Abu Dhabi’s premier business district, the Al Maryah Island development is a world-class mixed-use destination. During the project’s critical development phase from 2009 to 2011, our team operated as part of the PLP Architecture design team to bring this ambitious vision to life.

The scheme is defined by its grand architectural gesture: a massive retail and dining podium topped by dual towers housing a five-star Four Seasons Hotel and ultra-luxury apartments. Our role was focused on the intricate bridge between architectural concept and physical implementation. We led efforts in design optimization and interior fit-out coordination, ensuring that every square meter of this high-density development met the uncompromising standards of the Four Seasons brand and the global luxury market.
