Nova Victoria is a transformative mixed-use development that has redefined the skyline of the Victoria district. Comprising luxury retail and Grade-A office spaces, the scheme is celebrated for its bold, geometric language. During the critical design stages between 2010 and 2011, our team operated as part of the PLP Architecture design team to bring this ambitious vision to life.

The project was executed in two distinct architectural phases: the first featuring two iconic diamond-shaped buildings, followed by a third circular structure in the second phase. Our contribution was vital to the design optimization and implementation phases, ensuring that the complex, faceted geometry of the exterior translated into functional, high-end internal fit-outs. By bridging the gap between bold conceptual design and meticulous execution, we helped deliver one of the most significant commercial developments in Central London.
