Standing as a glass masterpiece on the South Bank, One Blackfriars Tower is a defining feature of the modern London skyline. During the pivotal years of 2012 and 2013, our team worked in close collaboration with SimpsonHaugh (formerly Ian Simpson Architects) to facilitate the transition from concept to construction for this 45-story landmark.

Acting as a vital link between the principal interior design team and the technical requirements of the facade, our role was centred on the meticulous fit-out coordination of the residential units. From sophisticated Manhattan suites to the sprawling, five-story crown penthouse, we ensured that the interior vision was seamlessly integrated with the tower’s complex glass envelope. Our work on the initial marketing suites set the benchmark for the luxury that would eventually define one of the city’s most sought-after addresses.
