When a popular London bakery chain sought to revitalize its presence across four high-street locations, our studio was appointed to lead a total re-branding and architectural overhaul. From initial design conception to the final construction tender, we worked to create a cohesive identity that could scale across diverse London neighbourhoods while maintaining a local, artisanal feel.

Our strategic approach was to move away from the “standard” cafe look and toward a concept we call the “Authentic Bread Factory.” By combining the efficiency of a modern retail space with the soul of a traditional bakery, we have provided a platform for the brand to grow. This project demonstrates our ability to manage the full lifecycle of a retail refurbishment, ensuring brand consistency from the first sketch to the final site handover.
